Concur Expense Implementation Project Manager (m/f)

We are looking for an assertive Project Manager (m/f) to lead exciting projects in an international and interdisciplinary environment.
 
The Concur Implementation Project Manager is responsible for implementing Concur services. This includes fulfilling the roles of project manager (25 % of your time) and functional expert in the configuration (75 % of your time). 

Expected Travel: 30-70 % ( Home office possible)
 
  
Responsibilities:
  • Develops project plans that establish clear roles and deliverables agreed upon by the Customer and the  implementation team members which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
  • Assigns, schedules, reviews, and monitors project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time within budget
  • Organizes and manages recurring project team meetings between the customer and customer team members to review the plan and deliverables
  • Maintains effective communication and working relationships with customers and project team members
  • Quickly and effectively gather and evaluate client’s business requirements and needs and design and configure an implementation solution
  • Configure the solution according to the requirements of the customer 
 
Requirements:
 
  • Higher education or equivalent experience·        
  • Solid multi-year work experience in the business travel sector
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with implementations
  • Experience with the travel booking tool Concur
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French, Spanish and Italian
  • communicate and work with internal and client project teams, international and multi-cultural clients

  • Ability to appropriately handle confidential information
  • High level of organization, excellent analytical skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment under strict deadlines
